KTeam Kettlebells provides an old school training experience with new twist.

Extreme Kettlebell instructor Keir Williams has been using kettlebells for a number of years in his own training and felt that this way of training would benefit anyone no matter their training goals, weather it be FAT LOSS, MUSCLE BUILDING, SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING or INJURY REHABILITATION.

Having becoming a certified instructor late 2007, Keir set about finding a location from where he could promote this unique form of training, he did so at CONCEPTFITNESSuk.

Keir is the sole kettlebell class provider for CONCEPTFITNESSuk, where he also takes 1-2-1 sessions.

Keir runs four very successful classes a week (see timetable).
